From bare ground
to handover.
Site & Foundations
Ground works, levelling and reinforced concrete footings. Anchor bolts are set to survey tolerance so every column lands exactly where the drawings say.
Steel Columns
Sections are cut, welded and painted in our workshop, then craned into position and bolted down — plumbed, aligned and torqued before anything else goes up.
Rafters & Portal Frames
Rafters are lifted and connected at the ridge to complete each portal frame. This is what gives you a clear, column-free span inside the building.
Purlins & Bracing
Purlins, eave beams and cross bracing tie the frames into a single rigid box, carrying wind and seismic loads back down to the foundations.
Roof Sheeting
Insulated roof sheets are laid eave to ridge, lapped, sealed and fixed. From this point the structure is weather-tight and work can continue inside.
Wall Cladding
Sandwich panel walls, window bands and industrial doors go in — the same panel technology we were among the first to bring to Lebanon in 1983.
Testing & Handover
Gutters, downpipes, lighting and aprons are finished. Every prefab unit is water-tested under heavy exposure before we hand over the keys.
